Had the day off today, felt really weak and feeble this morning but much better this afternoon, progressed to the coughing stage now but feeling a lot more alive =)

Orienteering race 35:30 [5] 5.5 km (6:27 / km)

British Middles
First part of the race was amazing, was running really really well and flying through the controls, then at about no9/10 just completely died and felt absolutely exhausted and could hardly keep jogging it was awful =(
So started off way to fast, managed to recover a bit but was still running way slower.
Really enjoyed the course though and nice area but pretty physical, got a good result though, 4th, so happy with that wasnt expecting it after my slow 2nd part of the course!

Not a great race, no real mistakes just wasnt racing properly and pushing hard or anything, came 13th

10 mins warm down with hannah, then 15 mins warmup again later for the b-final

MUCH better, absolutely beasted it, made a few hesitant mistakes and stuff but nothing ridic, so pleased and much happier with my orienteering =)

Started feeling dodgy after school yesterday but thought it was heatstroke because I was in a onesy all day, but today just kept feeling worse and worse so definitely ill! By the evening wasnt feeling good at all at all =(

Blakely Raise and then some other hill, was shortened because it was so misty and apparently they always loose people on the other hill.
Anyway was really short and also ended up with noone in sight in front of me and didnt really know the way so just had to improvise from what i remembered of this guys map i glanced at! So wasnt really racing properly, and went the wrong way on the way down as well.
But was ok, drove home =)

Three sets of ten exercises, each time with half aiming for quality (star jumps, squat thrusts, running laps1, bench dips, steps), and half for quantity (burpees, pressups, running laps2, arm things, lunges with weights). Short jog between each set (below).

Was running with John Slater and Chris Emmerson all the way, then on the final downhill thought theyd sprint off with their super long legs so just went for it, then ended up overtaking them, so was pretty good! Rather pleased with my little legs today, seeing as Ive done quite a lot of fast intense stuff this week =)

Missed this mornings training so planned my own circuits session! Dedication to the max, did it with Dad on the playing fields.
Started with 1min run, 1min exercise continuously for 20 minutes, for the exercises did vee-bends, pressups, squat thrusts, burpees, straddle jumps, sit-ups, this stomach thing i learnt last year in aerobics, wall jumps, the plank and a random twist jump thing.

Next set:
1min sprint, 30s exercise, 30s jog x4, with the last jog extended to 2mins (vee-bends, press ups, burpees and plank)
Then 30s sprint, 1min exercise, 30s jog x4 with the same exercises
Then 5min warm down.

Exhausted, think I kept going well and really deserve a medel for going out, was so temped to just go back inside because was freezing and dark and horrible weather!
