Running 20:00 [4] 2.0 km (10:00 / km) +451m 4:42 / km

The uphill - ran up Catbells, had my Ipod on with new toons so went up way to fast and exhausted myself, was only meant to be a jog but Im knakered now! Good though, except the wind was insaneee on the top I was literally wondering if i would get blown off and die, couldnt run straight at all and when it got behind you it was really hard to like not let the wind hurl you along off the edge! But most of it was ok =)

Running 34:30 [3] 4.34 km (7:57 / km)

The downhill and the flat, downhill was fine then the flat just felt exhausted! But good to get out and earn my dinner =)

Pretty slowww jogging, had a spectacular fall running across the road this morning and messed up my knee massively, so its not bending very well now, and pretty much scraped everything else.

Loving my collection of injuries =)

Orienteering race (Swwwweden) 1:21:05 [2] 5.1 km (15:54 / km)

A lot of limping, a lot of trying to warm my hands up while running and reading the map, not a very good combination - also was just getting more into the orienteering (given up on the running) then fell head first into a extremely muddy marsh and got all cold again, and found ANOTHER injury at the end, big cut on my hand =) But otherwise good XD

Nicks Reflexbana that goes from his flat, pretty hardcore and was running quite well I think, had a bit of a fall so probably have a sore ass tomorrow, but otherwise was suprisingly none slippy =)
was very up and down but they werent big so not bad =)

Ohhh my goodness, this was INTENSE! Usually do a pretty hard half session then something easier, but this was just contiuously flat out hard, brain was so exhausted from the hardcore mental motivationess!
Also have just been working really hard this week, pushing myself lots, so felt super fit to the max (until today - thursday when I ate a lot of cake and havent done anything)
But was really goood =)

Speedy sets of 25 x press-ups and burpees after the runs, did quite a bit of partner work again.
Was SO intense today, literally the hardest session we've done since september, feel dead!

I am so fat, spent the whole day walking round with alice and not running, having a huge catch-up. Was worth it though, good day XD

Warmed up on the treadmill, then did lotsssss of weights with running intervals inbertween...
Was all in partner work so alternated between =)
Quite depressing when you feel you worked hard for an hour then you realise half the time you were resting!

Orienteering race (YBT Final) 35:00 [4] 5.2 km (6:44 / km) +60m 6:22 / km

Bleugh, really easy and uninspiring woodland, just a sprint round really except felt really slow =(
Also had a complete EPIC morning, only had a lift at half 9 so thought i was stranded in sheffield, had to get up and ready in 5 minutes and then got lost on the way to the event and only got to my start just in time!
Should have stayed in bed tbh, standing around a freezing field doesnt quite live up to it :P

Orienteering race 1:15:00 [3] 4.7 km (15:57 / km) +300m 12:06 / km

Guessed the climb, didnt finish, most ridiculous course ever!
Map was aweful, quite a few controls were in the wrong place, and it was a HORRIBLE area! And not just me having a rant everyone else said that too.
Anyways I didnt finish because we got there late then I got lost a million times so had to get bac because courses closed - not missed out on much im guessing though!

On the plus side, it is DECEMBER, so it's christmas =)
