Jogged/walked up to the start, then realised I had left my compass and dibber on the bus, so had 10 minutes to sprint back down to get them and back again up the hill! So much for my easy warm up for the knee...

Actually did quite well! The running was slow, and the course was quite easy, but am so pleased because my knee coped really well and was only a bit sore afterwards! XD Lovely and raining and grim, which was good once you got itno it!

Just biked down the Isel Road to the Setmurthy turning and back, first time Iv actually managed to get out and do some exercise in months!!! Legs feel satisfyingly tired =)
Going to try and get back into training even though I still cant run, just want to get fit again, soo lots of biking/swimming etc for me!!!
