I RAN AGAIN! Jogged around the road to the bottom of the hill instead of going through the school fields as the wood was full of a school group.
Then up the hill, around the short forest loop and back!
Foot felt fine - I felt it a little on the way back but definitely not in a 'pain' way, so hoping it is a good thing and will strengthen up wahoo :)

No watch or garmin so just guessing time and distance!

Inpromptu run the the edge for yoga after remembering really late that my bike was not ready to ride at all! Bit of a shock the system after no running but felt good!

FINAL DAY! Riding in to Berlin, very slow day as there was a long track section at the start and then soooooooo many traffic lights for the last 10 miles into Berlin. But WE MADE ITTTTTTTT!!!! And raised over £18,000 in total between us.

GREAT day, with Group 3 but flying along at 18-20mph most of the way. Really smooth day, amazing roads and route, easy peasy. Jumped in the Lake when we arrived.

Good day with Group 1 again. Frustrating morning as there were loads of tracks, but amazing afternoon, really fun. Two nice big stops as it's a short day so cycling took no time at all. However, big crash in the town 5 miles from the campsite, but thankfully no serious injury's.

Day 1 of BIKE TO BERLIN 2016!!!! Leeds to Hull today with group 3, really really good day and so much fun, aced it. No punctures, all smooth. But no garmin data :(.
