Wouldnt say I enjoyed it, but I enjoyed it much more than I expected so it's all good =)
Very muddy and steep and slidey, but a nice part in the open to break it up.
Wasnt going very fast so put half as effort 3 and half effort 2

On the rowing weights machine, killer after rowing hard! 50 reps.

1min sprint, 1min easy on the bike - last part of the session and felt dead trying to walk home!
