It was actaully really good we did lineouts aswell which was fun because you go really high =)
I hurt now though but not to bad =D

Got lost quite a bit - also had a head to head race with Dad which was annoying because I kept overtaking then getting lost and he'd overtake me again! Made me run harder though which was good =)
Not a good run but some good legs =)

Different stuff on the cross trainer... pyramid (increasing/decreasing resistance), 5 x 1 min intervals, holding weights above head etc

Running up and down this set of stairs x 5 with a foot on each step each time, I WON WOOO!!! =D
