ShUOC circuits. Couldn't do half the exercises with my Achilles so did a lot of plank.

Run with a BUCS bronze medallist.

Didn't realise how far we had run out but was feeling fine (though struggling uphill due to my excessive talking/waffling)... Turned when I realised the time and Achilles tightened up a bit downhill but overall not too bad. Will wait to see if any reaction tomorrow.

Jogged the Armagh heats.
Good at the start and end but lost focus on the middle section and picked bad routes.

Achilles was not feeling too sharp so decided to just watch the finals. Also had already done 26mins for the heats so that was enough.
