Didn't realise how far we had run out but was feeling fine (though struggling uphill due to my excessive talking/waffling)... Turned when I realised the time and Achilles tightened up a bit downhill but overall not too bad. Will wait to see if any reaction tomorrow.
Running and cross-training session today.
Potentially a bit of an easier week with going to Armagh. May not be able to access a gym so plans up in the air for cross-training, but running plans sorted.
