On the bike at the gym.. Possibly the most boring 30minutes of exercise ever.
Ranged between level 8 and level 15; kept changing the pace to stay interested.

Wasn't sure what to expect or how to pace it, so just went with how I felt. Tried to push on towards the end; perhaps could have gone a bit faster earlier on. Only 21s off the record as far as I know..
