Orienteering 8:32 [3] 1.5 km (5:41 / km)

Heat A..
Tried to run way too fast! Was good in the first section, but the middle section was awful.

Orienteering 8:21 [3] 1.5 km (5:34 / km)

Heat C..
Went slightly slower but and ended up wasting 1minute 30 on one control
:(
The rest was ok though.

Orienteering 6:44 [3] 1.2 km (5:37 / km)

Heat B..
Third and final attempt to do some good.. Went quite well apart from one bit close to the end.
Enjoyed the three races overall.

Note
(injured)

Did about 500m of the semi-final before spraining my ankle when going into the river crossing.. Pffft. Really hurt and took me by surprise as i hadnt jumped in, i just went in carefully and still hurt myself.
Very annoyed, going to get better in a week and a day for the last Champagne Race (Y).

Walkington 10k...
Went really well, so pleased with the run. Extra pleasure at being first Under18 and 5th woman overall :D
Managed to overtake a girl within the last 500m to be 1st/5th. Feel like i pushed really hard.
Very happy :):)

Warm Up/Down 25:00 [2] 1.7 km (14:42 / km)

About 1km jog to warm up and 700m to warm down
3minutes of stretches at warm up and 12minutes for warming down.. :)

Running 33:10 [3] 6.67 km (4:58 / km) +80m 4:41 / km

Went out to do some of the Walkington 10k race (it's tomorrow night :S )..
Felt a bit sluggish to start with but then got into it but didnt want to go too fast as i dont want to be worn out :)
Was good to see where the course goes.

Champagne Race 9 - Hudson Way.

Blurghh, felt awful and full of cold =/
Not really happy with the run cos i felt really tired and lacking energy and yeh, think i have a cold =/
Only one race left so i hope to be a bit fitter for that :)

Run with David in and around South Cave.. Went before i'd had any breakfast which probably didn't do me any good because i had no energy :P
Felt quite tired half way round but it was a good workout all the same :)
