Note

Heavy day after a heavy night at te clubs end of year bash. Foot survived all the dancing but the knee did not. Shattered when I got back hem so called it a rest day today.

Foot feeling good so went for an easy one in Sweden after some bag pipes and bangers in the woods. Foot held up and no worse at the end. Still little cautious but looks like its on the mend.

morning ride with hill reps of whinny hill before being kicked off (apparently they have CCTV on the seat?? so they say) and finishing off with some reps of craigmiller.

30 min fartlek session. 3min steady at 100-105 rpm before 2 mins at 105-110 rpm hard on a higher gear.
