Feeling much better today and the pace was allot faster. All going well until the home straight where we spiked the control site but missed the control. Ran around for 10 min before eventually spotting it buried in the snow. Took a few minuted to warm back up and get going again. Much better day and took 17 mins out of Alec beeting him by 10 overall. Nearly boinked at the finish but was saved by a hot dog.

Run with Tom through the Grampians on the first day of the innaugral GMC. Off the pace a little feeling quite heavy and sluggish. Slowing Tom down on the hills and feeling quite achy. Alec came past us half way round but we were faffing too much with our cameras to be bothered to try and stic with him. One miss on the hill side but not a bad day out. Felt much better after a top up with water and supernoodles at mid camp.

WU down the wrong track to the start and back to the correct track to the start

Circuits - new sesh. 40k lunges, 25-28 press ups, V-sits, 6k DB flies, box jumps, ladder run, MB jump throws, 40k squats, 15 TRX pull ups x4. 40s a set. boxing to warm down and deed.

Steady run with Paul round Braids and Hermitage. Legs a wee bit stiff.

cuising reps with spongey and mikey round the meadows followed by a steady run with paul round the seat. So good to be back running fast. need to watch now that I dont get carried away.
