decided to run last years WRE course even though mentally tired. Ran 1 h well then started missing and mind started wondering so called it a day
aftnoon consisted of S&C (planks,sit ups,leg lifts,press ups etc., followed by sauna and hot tub - perfect end to a perfect week.
Technically I feel ready for anything this year after this technically intense week, all I need now is polishing off for the specific races in the calendar. Physically, endurance is as good as ever cbut speed needs working on. This is as expected and will hopefully come with specific speed training.
Last 6 days: 120km run in 10h44min, of which 82km o-ing in 7h11min
