Mellow group run with our training group. Feeling better.

Run (Phils Canyon/Kents) 1:06:24 [3] 8.5 mi (7:49 / mi) +815ft 7:10 / mi
weight:140lbs shoes: Adios Captain uhMerica`s

Wow. That shows me something. Slowest I have ever done this run. Knee tight afterwards. Weak. No power. Probably being cautious because of the Knee. Got my head right after some PT tonight. I know what the issue is and will take steps. Stomach still a little unhappy.

Yoga (Yoga for Runners) 1:00:00 [3]
slept:4.5 weight:144.5lbs

Crappy night of sleep. Feet sore when I got up. Back to the inserts. 12 hours of work today started with a meeting, then open to close but we had a steady day which left me stoked. Good decompression for Yoga afterwards. Good flow for class, really digging the new instructor.

slept:7.0 weight:145lbs shoes: adiStar Raven

Weight up for some reason. Weird.

Afternoon post thunderstorm run out at Phils. New kicks to test out and needed something mellow, but not too mellow. This loop has become a regular despite my yearning for the high country. Today was the best my knee has felt in 3 weeks, also...it was the first time i ran without my inserts in my shoes in 10 weeks...so. I don't know.

Felt pretty tired today. Long day, just no zip in the legs today. Steady as she goes.

Run (Shevlin Loop) 59:30 [3] 8.65 mi (6:53 / mi) +650ft 6:25 / mi
slept:10.0 shoes: Adios Captain uhMerica`s

Modified Shevlin Loop. Started @ Shevlin Commons and ran trail over to pick up Haulin Aspen course at the top of the switchbacks just across the bridge. Followed Shevlin Tempo loop I did with Rod before WS back to the car. Felt good the whole way. Steady and relaxed, which was rad. Felt the knee on a couple of the sharp uphills, but otherwise, not too bad.
