Run with EC - nice pace but right leg still complaining at start. Eased off later on. HOT!

GP visit about leg. He reckoned there is wastage of the right hamstring, contacted my physio to get an appointment - probably need some exercises to build it up. Hopefully this should solve my leg problems...

Collecting controls at Morrone Birk Wood after event. Had planned to run the blue course but felt very lethargic and unwilling to run - thought it better to take another day easier.
