Deeside Way intervals 5x2+1. Didn't want to do too much after the effect of last Tuesday. Went hard at them and got good pace on last 3.

Warm up - to farm, back up DW and down long way to bridge. Started intervals immediately across DAP road and did 2 out, 3 back, finished half way up hill.
