First intervals training. At first I tried running 2 minutes and walking 1. This worked for the first 25 minutes then I did something more like run 3 walk 3 until the end.

so much mud!... I slipped so many times I got my map wet and it was getting hard to read. but it was good fun.

After the O-ing I went back and did one controll over again, just to get a better feel for it. Ended up that this strait path was better than the one I did.
