Alright, screw being sick, I did a workout anyway.
So today I run up and down the same steps 20 times. From the basement to the top floor was 5m climb, two flights of stairs. The distance is the two flights of stairs and the hallway connecting the stairs, 15m going up and back down. After 20 "laps" I had 100m climb plus 300m distance. I ran the whole thing with socks (no shoes) and jeans in 8:25. I'll do it again later to see if I'm any faster.
