----====Tim Hortons Peach Bud 10k Road Race!======-----

- they said it was the fastest lineup in Canada! Lots of really strong runners, the winner ran 29min flat! as well some strong runners my age too, making me 3rd this time!

- started at about 7:00pm, after it had rained, so kinda humid, but no sun.

- pretty good pacing, although everyone had started off very quickly.
1st km: 3:20, 2nd: 7:00, 3rd: 10min flat, but at half i was 17:15, which makes a perfect half for my time :)

- felt really good, started to unroll after 8km mark, caught up to the guy which ran ahead of me the whole race, passed him and caught up to another man which was way ahead for the whole time, and on the last km, with about 400m to go, i shifted in another gear and blew by him, i think he was dead :)

- overall, i felt great after the race, and i am pleased to drop another 40seconds off my previous result, being only my 2nd 10k :)
