It was a really good run today! =)

The snow was packed, and some fresh snow right on top of it! Really bright as well, i could see from one side of the park to the other perfectly.

Running..or walking.. down the stairs sucked as usual, but i didnt hurry too much.

First loop was good, felt my legs on the climbs. Didnt like how the 2nd hill felt, but not too bad anyways.

The 2nd loop was pretty much the same. I guess was just a bit slower. 4th hill was decent as well. Once i went down the stairs, for the second time, i saw some black dog-like animal on the path way ahead. I kept on running, and started to catch up to it lol. It looked around for a few times, and then instead of running straight ahead, it turned to the right, on my climb.. By that time i realized it was a coyote, not as big as i saw a few weeks earlier though. lmao i started thinking of whether i should run behind it or no.. but i had to do that hill so i was just running behind it lmao.. it stopped, looked back, then kept running, and again and again lol it was weird =D

anyways, great run! =)

It was a similar run to yesterday. The snow maybe seemed a little bit more packed, but it snowed a little throughout the day as well.
While i was running, it was snowing a bit too, so it was very light. I could see see the whole park, as if it was noon!! It was great.
Really good run, i pushed through the places that were hard to run through. Was tired near the end, on the way back from the park, felt my legs tired, but still kept running fast.

Fresh snow!! They said it was 15cm overnight.
I really enjoyed it. It was very different because the running was tough, going to the sides with every step, and no firm steps at all pretty much, but it was an great workout!

On the trails in the park, it seems like a few people walked there already, since i was running in the evening, so there was a guide for me to follow as i was running, so wasn't going off of the trail.

The hills were as everything else.. snowy.

Yet, i found it hardest running on the trail back home, possibly because my legs got tired by the end.

It was pretty cold compared to yesterday.
The melted snow froze overnight, and the trails are really hard - pretty much ice.. It was dark, and i could not run fast because steps were not firm either.
Took me a really long time to get down the icy stairs. =D

was at school for evaluation the whole day, since 8 today.
came back home at 1:30, decided to eat a banana and run right away =)

today was kinda.. not really tired, but not fresh either.. a bit on the tired side i'd say.
i think it became warmer. roads have thawed a bit. like 2km into the loop i felt hot, hot to take my hat off.
climbs were not so quick.. and kinda sluggish.
none the less, i enjoyed the run.

pretty much the same conditions as yesterday. maybe a little bit warmer. although it seems like it snowed at night, because the trail running there and back was deeper than usual..

feeling pretty good. not as easy as yesterday, but still a nice run, pretty good on the climbs.

nice run. snow pretty packed in most places.
intensity more like 3.5

i am definitely on a recovery wave from the thomass race.. though
i think there is something wrong with my watch.. it showed i ran the loop 7 minutes faster than usual. i cant hear a beep when i press the start/stop button in the dark.. though, i felt really fast, and pushed all 3 climbs, but.. anyways, ill put the time that makes sense.
ran the first hill not to keep my breathing stable, but to keep the speed stable. pretty much rushed through it. the 2nd climb, was the toughest as usual, but i pushed the whole thing till the end. really felt my muscles at the top, but kept the speed and recovered my breath.
just before the last hill, when i run up the stairs, by 2's like i usually do.. i wanted to jump on the 2nd one right away, but my other foot i was standing on slipped right under the 1st metal stair, and i hit my shin.. i think its nothing to worry about.. but dude freakin pay attention around these places.. it'd be soo stupid to get injured like this...
after that the last hill was fine. quick as usual. i especially love the last little bit when at the very top, it gets even steeper, just like on purpose to get you to push it harder ;D

aanyways.
ill do a similar sequence soon, check it out again when its not dark, and i can see my watch's time running. hopefully its not the watch ;)

Was rly cold today as well, but i'd say the same conditions as yesterday. Freakin cold =O. The trail pretty easy to run on, except i go off it sometimes cuz its hard to see in the dark

i felt like pushing the 2nd and 3rd hill to up the heart rate and lose my breath a bit. also gunned it in a few places cuz i wanted to :P

p.s i promise to continue working out again when im done wit my summativess.. =D

it was a nice run, however a bit cold.. my index fingers got kinda cold, and there was cold wind in our faces all the way from the park back home, but i still enjoyed it =)

um
a regular thomass race. was nice running with igor. made a pretty big mistake at 6, then bad route choice to 7 right after it.
then after 7 went to the wrong place to cross the river, ended up in knee-deep snow, and everyone was about 200m ahead when i was climbing out.. probably the hardest part of the race was to catch up those 200m.

anyways. was fun, nice to run on a map =)
