Orienteering race (British MSR Edge Hill) 14:29 [4] 3.0 km (4:50 / km)
shoes: Saucony Kinvara TR2

Hamstring sore from yesterday but wanted to run as a family team.
Went out on last leg in 3rd with the aim of just holding on and not pushing but speeded as a youngster was running me down by 10. This resulted in a mistake by me and fortunately a bigger mistake by him. Had to sprint the run in as he had almost caught me again then found out he was in an non-comp team. Had caught and passed the 2nd placed team and the leaders had MP so ended up with a win!
