Can now walk on flat ground or uphill but still not good on downslopes.
No running yet but improving each day.

Arms only as legs much worse today.
Can't walk properly and stairs are a major challenge, had to take the car to the gym.

Couldn't run coming down, lost 6 places then couldn't pick up on the flat or road as legs wouldn't lift. Don't know why as felt good otherwise.
