My club decided to take part in the athletic comeptition on our regional sports festial next month. So today I start my first athletic training since I left school.
1. long jump: didn´t work very well
2. Schleuderball (don´t know how the English word is): never did it before, so it didn´t work
3. shot put: didn´t work very well
Much work to do.
