Half marathon in Heidenheim. Has to overtaok many of the slow 10 k runners the start that results in two fast km. Slowed down and felt not so fast. Last km´s went better and I was very surprised when I finished with a new personal best.

Test half marathon temp for the weekend. 3 km @ 4:26 min/km +warmup/cooldown. This pace will bring me to a new PB but I think 4:35 min/km are more realistic with my actual pace.
