JLVK-Betreuerlauf. Score orienteering before start of the relay. Ran the 1st two control without a big plan with a bigger group. Twist my ankle and hit my knee to the 3rd control. Decided to walk back and take only a few controls in the surrounding of the finish.

JLVK-Betreuerlauf. Open course for the coaches. Make a 2,5 min mistake to 1st control and it didnĀ“t get better. Hot weather that nearly kills me.
