just a little tour as regenaration. My legs told me that they don´t want to run so i decided to go cycling instead.

Was very fast in the beginning. Passed the 10km in 43:50 min. Cause of this fast start I lost some time on the last km´s, but improved my PB by incredible 4:30 min.
