visit Jakob for training. He made a nice ~9km course on the Wartwasen map. Some routchoices, some many controll parts and some white parts for compass running.

Was running in "Wegstetter Wald" a forest near by my new company. The forest was maped in 1987, so I took the map to find my way along the tracks. Not serious orienteering traing but enough for one star. Still not really satisfied with my running speed but I hope it will get better soon.
