Training Log Archive: The Oscar

Day 4 of Easter.
Went pretty well and finished 3rd today and 5th overall.
Was not selected for my fourth JWOC. Reserve.
If I am not good enough to make the junior team at the top of my age group then there is obviously no point in continuing this sport at senior level. Cannot justify the time or money. May see my final junior year out, but then I think it is time to hang the icebugs up permanently.

C3 Day 4 - Splits

Historically have been able to produce a decent run on this day of Easter but a mistake from 1-2 ended that. That error cost me 4-5 mins minimum.

Easter 3 Day, day 1
Lost time at 9 which cost me - was there but didn't see it, the rest was okay. Disatisfied with placing. Good terrain.

Prologue. Got thrown by the scale and went flying past everything until I settled into it. Disappointing as I felt pretty fast. Would have loved a usual campus type sprint.

Day 1 (Prologue) Long - Splits

Bit of running around in Whiteman Park with Bel.

Spent the day hanging around waiting to fly. Should have been in Perth by 4pm today but still in Melb now at 7:30pm....late night coming up

9pm..still in Melb airport....

By the time we got vehicle and drove to Northam it was about 2:30am Perth time so 4:30am at home
