Running 1:05:00 [3]

Run from P7, becoming my bread and butter run. Skyline and King Mtn.

I officially am having Sciatic nerve problems as well as a bad neck. So, spine is hurting at top and bottom. But, chiro told me to train through it and running is better than sitting behind a desk.

Also, started a new job this week at Foreign Affairs:
Senior Analyst: Russia

My goal is to get as good an accent as Captain Ramius:

Orienteering Race 57:56 [3] 5.7 km (10:10 / km) +40m 9:49 / km

Ran Open 6 (or was it 5) at the Morgan Arboretum.

Was very much not in race mode, pretty sloppy here and then, although did hit a few berrings bang on. Man, some crazy open woods, although some areas could have been used more.

Great map for use in the Fall only, do not try running here in the Spring or Summer, it is a hot mess of bugs and swamps.

Very pleased Ramblers hosted the Quebec Champs! Congrats to Bruce, Dmitri and Francis for pulling this off!

Canada really needs Quebec and especially Montreal Orienteering!
