Running 45:00 [1]

Run in the valley, legs felt poor.

Got the French exam marks: A's in Reading and Writing (of course, A level is as low as you score) but I actually almost scored a B in the Reading test. Not bad considering prior to French lessons last week, I didn't have a French class since Grade 10.

Running 55:00 [1]

Lovely day, sadly waited until way too late to go for a run.

Running 55:00 [1]

Busy day of running around.

Ice Breaker socks versus Smart Wool? What's better?

Running 55:00 [1]

Just a nothing special run in the valley on a lovely day. Would have liked to go longer, but super busy with stuff and especially studying for French exam on Thursday as well as presentation on Wed.

It's amazing how studying for a French test can motivate someone to not only clean the bathroom but also to bake cookies.

Running 1:10:00 [1]

Another lovely amazing day. Rather slow run with Amy Mac and Gator. Really wet on the trails, but grip was decently firm.

Was to work on switching the car's tires, but ran out of time. Hopefully will be good weather after work Monday to try it.

Running 55:00 [1]

Run with SW on a wet muddy trail that I hadn't been on before. I just felt like garbage, probably due to not enough sleep Thursday night.

Pretty much an amazing day, 10 deg and lots of sun.

Bought a set of used snow tires that are way better than mine. Hopefully change them tomorrow.

Running 1:00:00 [1]

Decent run in the valley, hamstrings are still tight from the GVOC Club Run last week.

Getting sloppy out there with it being above freezing a few days in a row.

These Montrails that I got at a MEC gear swap for $20 have actually been a great winter running shoe.

NEWSFLASH:

No, this has nothing to do with anything me trying to get Foothills Orienteering and Foothills Nordic to partner to hire a joint coach, but of interesting note: OK Go! The band that featured them dancing on treadmills featuring Sudden in red jeans:

Are back with a new video which is excellent as well:

Sadly the only music I saw at the Olympics were JET, who were fine and I talked to the bass player later at the bar.

Running 55:00 [2]

Got back from Vancouver yesterday and was very happy to sleep in an actual bed last night.

Good run in the valley tonight, hamstrings still hurting from running with Thomas last week.

Awesome ski by Kershaw. Felt bad for Babikov because I'm sure he was working hard. I can't believe that he's getting hate mail because of Brian MacKeever, just brutal idiots out there.
