Very slow skiing, I was going zone 3 at times, but the speed of zone 1. Just brutaly slow snow.

Boxing Day 10-Mile Road race. It hurt alot, just haven't been doing much running compared to skiing, plus sick last week

Drove Ian to the airport and then went for a brutal ski in the rain, it was just too wet and slow

just a night ski alone in the Gats with a semi-full moon. Very nice and fast. My belly didn't feel great the first half. Did some legs only as well.

Awesome skating, long slow ski on the parkway, really fun in a big group, we were around 10 of us to start with, slowly broke up.

Note lack of sleep to finish an essay. Really felt dead at first, but pretty good by the end. Training between zone 2 and 4, mostly in 2 which my coach calls the Zone of Death. Awesome sunny day.

First skate of the year and it was awesome. Went at night, big moon, good snow, good grooming, fast snow, what more can you ask for. Also did my first bail of the season and no one was around to see it. Can't wait to ski tomorrow.
