Running race 20:34 [5]

Pride 5km Race in TO.

This is what happens when you do one workout in a month.

Well, at least it was a great temp to run, fast course, very colourful and very gay. Katherine Wynne ran a decent time, sub 30 I think? You can spot her with the police trail and "undercover" staffer who was running in khaki shorts and a backpack.

Wicked run by myself from P7. Up Penguin, then Skyline followed by King Mountain. Felt okay, but running alone no idea how fast I was going.

Plan is the Pride 5km in TO on Saturday. Just going to enjoy the show.

A really lovely ride up to the Gats and back on a early Sunday eve. The day was pretty warm and I had a bunch of errands to do, so better late then never. Sooner or later I have to do a full lap of the Parc.

A serious run with Freddy and Pete. I felt great early on, but man, my legs fell apart the second half. When I woke up I was pretty dehydrated and i think that's what I paid for. I didn't expect us to be going this far, but from now on should take water/stuff for anything over an hour.

Great day for a run, the lower Gats (we went from Old Chelsea to Pink and back) still not too thick for Orienteering.

Cycling 1:30:00 [3]

Man, end of a couple busy weeks as a binder lead plus usual madness. After drinks with a cycling medalist last night I figured I should get on the bike a bit. Lovely day. Market up to the Parc, wee ride aroud and back.
