Oh dear, second day doms are worse. Easy morning run around Roseburn Park loop, felt better after stopping for plyos etc. in the park. Beautiful morning though.

3x8mins tempo (4mins) with Kara on the Meadows. Much prefer South Gyle for sessions as stopped dead twice and onto the grass a lot. Predictably legs very sore from the gym particularly hamstrings/glut/hip area. Grumping aside it was a decent first session back.

Half pre breakfast at home for core/gluts etc., rest at the actual gym during lunch break for proper weights/plyos (first time since March). Didn't go crazy with the weight but surprised myself so home exercises have worked. Think this is a good use of time as spending minimum time in the gym, gets me out in the daylight and no early mornings for better recovery (both more sleep and not doing the weights without fuel).
