Berwick XC. Pretty happy with my run, tough in the sand but didn't go off too hard and worked really hard gaining places to the end. Finished with legs in the sea - painfully cold but good for the muscles!

Tried running with a podcast today, good for a solo long run. Since May I’d said I’d run back out to the alpacas this year, I was running out of time but did it today and rewarded for getting out as soon as it was light by missing the horrible weather. Felt like I could have kept going, more positive than I’ve felt for a long time - hopefully it lasts.
