Although I'm going to bed early, don't think I'm actually sleeping well. Really hate being in the gym at the moment (nothing to do with the training) which doesn't help early starts. Negativity in team at work is unreal (but personally I'm super busy). Happy with last night's session though, onwards and upwards.
