Tried out gym 2 streets away which I realised I can use for a £1 for my Friday x-training to save me lots of time when we move office. Obviously not as good as CSE but will do the job.

3x12mins (3mins) LT. Legs better than past few days but were the limiting factor still. Standard wind for 2/3. Being slightly earlier was better for not meeting big groups but worse for bikes as had to basically stop on each lap to not get run over.

Made myself stretch/roll last night so legs not as bad as last night. However as of next week I'll also have to run home again :'(..due to work moving but won't have to carry a bag.

Saving my poor legs. Last time I can stay for relaxation due to timings (as certainly wouldn't be relaxing!) which is a shame as it's good for me.

Easy AT. Still DOMSy decided to run on the grass for a bit to ease the legs and managed to fall spectacularly so more cuts and bruises to add to my collection!

12x3mins (90secs jog) with Sophie and Georgia. Legs felt like lead weights and it was an absolute suffer fest from about rep 4, (certainly not from going too fast) my body would just not go tonight. There was no way I was giving up though so dug deep, hung in there best I could and ground it out. Mentally so tough. This is not the most important session of the week at the moment though so I guess sometimes it will just be like this.
