Jed 10km just because it's my home town. Ended up on my own from 5km so a good mental test. Happy enough with time as same as when I had a race all the way and the course is hilly.

National XC relays leg 1.
Quite a good run, although out too hard like everyone else. Hillier and windy which suited me better than East Districts. Ahead of quite a few people who normally beat me. Fastest I've run this course. Team 8th which was great.

20min sprint through Heathrow last night to make connection, after Zurich flight was delayed, was not appreciated but really didn't want to stay in London. Although legs felt much better than expected this morning. Continued with this despite lack of sleep to keep in routine and would struggle to fit it in elsewhere in the week.
