Charity circular from Fairnilee Sawmill along Tweed to Boleside, over the hill to Gala and back over hill following Southern Upland Way. Ran with Dad nice and steady, beautiful day - really enjoyed it.

Time trial. Best for this course this season, windy on way out for a change and very hot coming back. Ended up running with Derek so seemed to pace it quite well. Often takes body time to adjust again after B12 so happy moving in right direction.

Alister's session with Sophie and Amy. 4x 1km, (1min), 400m (3mins). Very warm so Meadows really busy - a bit off the pace tonight and felt like I was working harder than the times suggest but that's probably to be expected (B12, racing etc.).

Meadows 2mile again. Felt rubbish/ tired warming up and was windier than last week but was just using it as a training session. Didn't worry about the pace drop at the tight corners this week but much busier so had to wiggle about a bit. Still each km got slower again which isn't good.
But....I somehow ran 6secs faster than last week which is a 4sec PB (set 2 years ago)! As I said last week think I'm now finally as fit as I was 2years ago and I haven't ran a PB since Aug 2015 in any race, over any distance anywhere so feeling positive, especially as I'm due B12 on Friday!

Easy chatty run with Jet, Charlotte and Bex, even managed a bit off the roads and went to the top of Arthur's Seat which was enjoyable.
