Meadows 2mile again. Felt rubbish/ tired warming up and was windier than last week but was just using it as a training session. Didn't worry about the pace drop at the tight corners this week but much busier so had to wiggle about a bit. Still each km got slower again which isn't good.
But....I somehow ran 6secs faster than last week which is a 4sec PB (set 2 years ago)! As I said last week think I'm now finally as fit as I was 2years ago and I haven't ran a PB since Aug 2015 in any race, over any distance anywhere so feeling positive, especially as I'm due B12 on Friday!
