Running warm up/down 19:41 [3] 3.19 km (6:10 / km)
shoes: Asics GT-1000 4 (2)

Orienteering 21:56 [4] 4.47 km (4:54 / km)
shoes: Asics GT-1000 4 (2)

Campus training (2.9km planned by Dad). Quite poor in places when thinking too much about feeling slow but better later on when stopped beating myself up.

Orienteering 31:50 [3] 5.77 km (5:31 / km)
shoes: Asics GT-1000 4 (2)

The rest of the "bubbles" sort of map memory I didn't do last time. Much better. Also some of the line.

Orienteering 30:12 [4] 6.21 km (4:52 / km)
shoes: Asics GT-1000 4 (2)

Control pick into long legs x3 shadowed by Dad - filming.
4th one shadowed him through pick then I ran long leg with GoPro to show how often I looked at map.

Got a lot out of this session. Definitely a good decision to miss last time. Great day.

shoes: Asics GT-1000 4

Strength and Conditioning 30:00 [3]

Mobility, hips/gluts, agility, plyos and core. Legs stiff and not feeling fast.
27.9.

Full class of yoga today as a different instructor. Feeling much better after.

Running 26:36 [3] 4.69 km (5:40 / km)
shoes: Asics GT-1000 4

Orienteering 23:10 [3] 3.19 km (7:16 / km)
shoes: Asics GT-1000 4

Note

Saw physio about niggle I had pre Italy as had booked an appointment in case it flared up while away. Almost gone now but decided to keep the appointment to make sure it's nothing major and for some advice re how to get rid of it completely. Nothing to worry about and right to think probably caused by increase in plyos. Right calf much tighter than left causing tightness through to foot. Loosened both calf and foot off and I need to keep on top of rolling with roller and ball as well as continuing to strengthen left glut area.

Running warm up/down 15:54 [3] 2.3 km (6:55 / km)
shoes: Saucony Peregrine 4

Pre breakfast, warm up along to the port and back to apartment after.

Orienteering 12:51 [3] 1.84 km (6:59 / km)
shoes: Saucony Peregrine 4

Ran Dad's course from Agropoli up until spectator (was exactly the same after).

Orienteering 29:26 [3] 2.65 km (11:06 / km)
shoes: Saucony Peregrine 4

Castelcivita. Mental seriously steep town with complex network of narrow alleyways. Had to go pretty slow and a bit of a panic around some dogs in the last third and had to slow down ever more to keep in contact.
