Made myself stretch/roll last night so legs not as bad as last night. However as of next week I'll also have to run home again :'(..due to work moving but won't have to carry a bag.

Saving my poor legs. Last time I can stay for relaxation due to timings (as certainly wouldn't be relaxing!) which is a shame as it's good for me.

Easy AT. Still DOMSy decided to run on the grass for a bit to ease the legs and managed to fall spectacularly so more cuts and bruises to add to my collection!
