Running warm up/down 19:41 [3] 3.19 km (6:10 / km)

Campus training (2.9km planned by Dad). Quite poor in places when thinking too much about feeling slow but better later on when stopped beating myself up.

The rest of the "bubbles" sort of map memory I didn't do last time. Much better. Also some of the line.

Control pick into long legs x3 shadowed by Dad - filming.
4th one shadowed him through pick then I ran long leg with GoPro to show how often I looked at map.

Got a lot out of this session. Definitely a good decision to miss last time. Great day.
