Slow around a course on East Craiglockhart. Legs stiff and was being careful with my ankle.

After the orienteering continued to run around the hill.

Physio today twice.
1st time about ankle, getting a lot better but still to be wary in terrain. Keep out of really rough stuff until next week and take it easy in terrain.
2nd time, physio screening review. Have really improved and got some more exercises to do.
