No ankle problems in warm up so did the planned session. Was flat and on grass/path anyway.

TOUGH! Distances were all actually a bit longer than distance said to get a loop/stopping point. Rest was jog back but the 800m and 400m were loops so just guessed the rest which I now realise wasn't enough, felt awful after only 3 reps. Really had to dig deep for the last one. Times consistent though.
Thoroughly enjoyed my pancakes after!
