Dinkey creek 4h. Not exactly best of performances, but was good until #506.
Decided on norma orienteering pace, and it worked when map supported navigation. Didn't realize how many details are missing on 25000/10m map...

In any way, good practice. Got cramps around 3 hours in the race despite proper hydration and couldn't run anymore. Altitude plus lack of mileage.
