Went to the recommended Friday Deep Water Cardio class at the Y. The leader this week was much better and the pace was a couple of notches higher than the Thursday class. The crowd is still the same, though, mainly old ladies that lounge around in the water so it is not the most inspiring. The exercises were hard enough, though, that I could push a little and get a good work-out. All the small muscles in my back still gets tired and achy for a day or two after this class, swimming, and the Pilates so I will try to continue. One of my goals is to build back my back strength to prevent back aches going forward.
