Orienteering 20:00 [3] 2.5 km (8:00 / km)

Slack weekend. Went to the training camp sprint today and did the course set for their camp champs. Made 2 silly mistakes. Having made the map I looked at the control, assumed I knew where it was and headed of the way I knew to get their. Missed the best route and ran down the wrong steps both times. Bit of a wake up so started concentrating. Knowing the map meant I could read ahead and this made for far better navigation. Will have to work on map memory skills so I can plan a leg and then read ahead when I am confident I know where I am going. Cant compare splits as I seem to have dropped of the winspits system. Must be that there is no course for mappers.

Set sprint training for the National Junior Camp at FU. Did my running hanging tapes and then collecting them again.

With Judy on North Winfield. Did some exploring and mapping. Very slow and a bit tired. Did a lot of walking

Orienteering 45:00 [3] 7.0 km (6:26 / km)

In Kyneton to do Macedon ranges Park and Street O. Was keen to do this as I work in Kyneton and was interested in their map of the gardens. Was a bit dissapointed with this. Was just a street O event on a very basic map. Not a big fan. Was hoping for something more like a sprint.

Rode Sullies single track to the top of the hill. Picked up all the tapes from Sun bar 2. Ran out of time. For those who know or car "YEAH" the honda is finally going. No water leaks, no oil leaks and no bad squeeks. At last!!!

Grim Reaper loop. Very tired after yesterdays MTB riding. Picked up the tapes from yesterday that were on my track. Cut it a bit short to get one of the tapes. Wasnt sorry
