Orienteering race 1:20:00 [3] 7.5 km (10:40 / km)

NOL course 3 at Blow Hole map. Navigation was fine and was doing well till ctr 6 but did not enjoy the rest. Too long and too physical for me at present. No mistakes just big hills and a lot of walking. Have entered course3 this year to avoid these types of torture tests. Think it should have been 1.5 km shorter.

Orienteering race 35:00 [3] 4.5 km (7:47 / km)

Victorian Middle Distance Champs in Bendigo. Came 3rd in my class. Bit fitter but a long way to go yet. Course and Navigation were good but a few hesitations cost me a place. Hanging tapes for Judy on Kuruc-a-ruc Crk. Explored some spots we havnt been for a while. Lots of broad gullys with mining and thicker undergrowth.

Swimming 35:00 [3] 1.2 km (29:10 / km)

First swim for about 2 years. Very slow and just got harder and harder. 2min for every 100m

Mountain Bike 40:00 [3] 9.5 km (4:13 / km)

Bit of a dash on the MTB around tracks from home. Been a while.
