Orienteering 55:00 [3] 5.5 km (10:00 / km)

With Judy and 2 dogs at Surface hill. Struggled today and was very slow.

Orienteering 57:00 [3] 7.1 km (8:02 / km)

With Judy, her friend and the dog at Surface Hill. Hung tapes for them and then did the loop again to pick up the tapes. Seemed very tired and heavy legs. Very high heart rate.

Hung tapes for Judy near Smythesdale. Chose this area in the hope there were no March Flies. Not one. The March Flies are thick over near Enfield so much relieved.
12 PM

Mountain Bike 54:00 [3] 11.0 km (4:55 / km)

Rode whilst waiting for Judy to finish. Rode around the Watson Mine area on the edge of Smythesdale. Better area for mining than Surface Hill but would not tackle it as a project without really good contours. Would be a great area for the MTB community to turn int a custom MTB track. Really had fun here.

Run from home with the dog. Went off tracks a few time exploring the bush.
