Orienteering 1:05:00 [3] 7.5 km (8:40 / km)

Training at Mt Tarrengower. Good turn up of about 16 Orienteers. Had to change our start point from the planned one due to a Motorbike event held on the southern end of the map.
Cant believe the amount of damage done to the mountain by the event. Big question mark on why it can be so difficult to get Parks Vic permission for Orienteering at times when you see what they allowed the motor bikes to do.

With Judy, the dog and Judy's friend at Pioneer park for a street/park O. I haung tapes they picked them up.

Mountain Bike 2:00:00 [3] 25.0 km (4:48 / km)

Went out to Little hard hills with Judy. She did a course I set and I rode the tracks. Have to admit I had to get off and walk up a steep hill. Just not strong enough or talented enough on a MTB. Interesting to note that my fastest mile (yes my garmin goes off every mile and I have not changes it) was 4:06. Still slower then people can run.

Chinaman Flat with Judy picking up tapes from our training weekend. About 4 weeks ago. Bit damp but really enjoyed the forest.
