Orienteering 1:06:00 [3] 7.0 km (9:26 / km)

Out near Linton today. Really struggled and was very slow. Did a lot of stopping to map some of the vegetation. Was very pleased to stop.

7 AM

Mountain Bike 45:00 [4] 18.0 km (2:30 / km)

Rode with our sat group at Durham Lead. Many hills and big bluestone gravel makes this quite tough.
2 PM

Orienteering 50:00 [3] 6.0 km (8:20 / km)

Of to the forest again with Judy and Ambrose. I hung tapes, Judy picked them up. Went for some extra distance by taking the dog to a nearby dam. As a result I got stung by an electric fence. Quite shocking!!

Orienteering 50:00 [3] 7.0 km (7:09 / km)

Set courses at Deakin for Aislinn. Hung tapes and ran some of the legs. Aislinn did 3 loops of about 1 to 1.5 km of sprint training. Map was really very ordinary. It paid to concentrate on the buildings and work it out that way. Made for much smoother nav and forced you to ignore the fine detail of the tracks in places. Might be a good exercise in future. Remove the tracks and trees and then set a course.

Orienteering 1:05:00 [3] 8.0 km (8:08 / km)

Orienteering with Judy and Ambrose. I put out tapes and Judy picks them up. Ambrose just runs about making a nuisance of himself.

9 AM

Orienteering 1:00:00 [3] 7.0 km (8:34 / km)

Run in the forest with Judy. I put out tags and she collected them.
5 PM

Cycling 1:04:00 [3] 30.0 km (2:08 / km)

Road bike around the streets. A few hills and then 2 laps of the lake. Luckily got a lap behind two other riders. That picked the average up a bit.
