Orienteering 1:15:00 [3] 9.0 km (8:20 / km)

Set courses in Nerina for Aislinn and Judy. They put out 3 tapes each and I did the rest. Managed to stay ahead of Aislinn this time but still did not get the timing right as Judy got to her last tape before I had put it out. Oh well! I will get it right one day.

Rode with the group at Durham Lead. I see to be able to catch the group up hills but they get away on me going down. Just have to get a bit braver.

Orienteering 1:10:00 [3] 8.0 km (8:45 / km)

Orienteering with Judy at Shepards Flat. We used the native forest bit as most of this map is pines. It was very open, if a little steep in places but it seems that it is still a reasonable map given that it was last used in the 80's.

At the MCG today with Judy watching Vic v Qld. A bit dull. Went for a run around the park and across the river and around the Tan then back accross the william Barrack bridge. Did not feel good today and really struggled in some of it.

More terrain running with the dog. Bit slow today. Lots of stopping and interpreting things.

More like terrain running. Spent the time just running through the forest with a map keeping check of where I was. A little humid but really quite nice out in the forest with the dog for company.

With Aislinn at the Uni. Not as bad as I thought but the shoulders are tired now.
